The health system in Australia, and in many other countries around the world, does not provide continuity of care.
We seek to fill this gap by providing you with care all the way from pre-conception, through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and into parenting.
We do this through our 5 Koshas Model of Care and through our modalities of Yoga, Bowen Therapy and Matrescence Coaching.
We recognise that accessibility of continuity of care can be difficult and this is why we offer comprehensive yet flexible packages to support you across both the prenatal and postpartum periods - all the way through your first year of parenthood and beyond.
Of course, you may not be exactly at this point in your matrescence journey but still seeking the benefits of continued care. For this, we offer fully flexible 6 month continuity of care packages.
