About your Host

Your guide for this masterclass is Claire, an experienced perinatal yoga teacher, movement educator, and matrescence coach. Claire's work is not just professional; it’s deeply personal.

Her approach arises from her own journey with chronic pelvic pain during pregnancy and postpartum. The moment a doctor suggested to cauterise all the nerve endings around her SI joint was her wake-up call that the conventional approach was focused on silencing her body's signals, not on listening to them.

The transformation from disempowerment to autonomy is what guides her work. Claire believes that every person deserves to feel confident and at home in their body, and she is committed to helping you find your own unique answers and a new kind of freedom.
